Such welcome messages can also contain other route options available to the customer at your contact center, like them sending an e-mail or SMS for example. These messages usually prompt the caller to interact i.e respond to the message. You can have for instance press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, 3 for technical support. These options can route to individual destination numbers anywhere in UK & the complexity of the plan is unlimited & may contain several layers for instance, ok thank you for choosing option 1 sales, now please choose from the following sales products; press 1 for X, press 2 for Y or press 3 for Z or press 4 for A etc.

Any/all the destinations uploaded can give a response to the call plan which can then also route the call on to another destination should that first line for the first option be engaged, unanswered or dead tone. You can ask us to build the call plan for you or you can do this yourself so you/we can ensure as best we can that all calls are answered and handled as best as they possibly could be at any given moment.
