Apply & use this call feature to route UK calls to a number of destinations without the need to configure this on to the phone system at site each time & use up valuable lines & pay to re-direct.
Note that when we add this feature we do not require any lines to deliver calls by percentage %. On-net percentage forwarding is completed on the 08, 03 or 09 number it's self without the need for any line or use of any phone system. We can set up a % service often for free plus we would not use any additional lines.
Using % routing on-net is often usually totally free to apply/build using 08UK so this feature can be applied to maximize your ability as a company to 'free up' telephone lines (& it may reduce phone bills too) & to route calls effectively to where they can best be answered.
This percentage % inbound call routing feature is offered as standard on all our virtual numbers & call plans can be built for free by our experienced operations team.
We can route calls on % then check the response to the call to another destination if need be. So for instance if the first line (assigned say 40% of the calls) is engaged, unanswered or dead the 08 call plan detects this response & can react accordingly. CDR data can show you the end point destination number for each CLI from each caller. % route calls using this inbound call feature to ensure the caller is best connected at all times.
