As 08UK only use the major tier1 networks this means all calls are being monitored for training or security purposes and any voice call that lasts over a certain time (usually 60 minutes) checked/flagged.

High call volumes coming through any virtual number will also flag the number and service to the carrier, as potentially fraudulent, the system looks for significant changes in call flows. This active anti-fraud monitoring of your virtual numbers’ inbound calls is especially focused on chargeable inbound services like 0800 or 0333 numbers for commercial risk reasoning. Long and or expensive chargeable calls are flagged as potential fraud by the carrier, if fraudulent calls are suspected, the carrier may stop the service until the validity has been clarified.
