This feature allows you to control exactly the response the callers will hear when they call your business on a Bank Holiday.

Public Holiday Calls to your office lines need to be handled as an out of hours ‘closed’ time call.

Using virtual 08 or 03 cloud numbers allows you to pre-select all public bank holidays as closed days, where usually a closed message will play to the caller.

This useful feature is usually placed at the very beginning of an call plan to ensure closed days including Christmas & Easter can give the caller the right response.

We can combine this inbound call handling feature with other call handling features.
