Get the Best 03 Mobile Caller Friendly 0330
0330 numbers offer much lower call costs to callers which will in turn enhance customer confidence in your organisation. As non-geographic numbers, local rate NGN's, 0330 numbers work in the same way as 08 or 09 numbers, they will give your business a valuable national UK-wide presence.
The main benefit of 0330 numbers is the low cost to your customers plus the full control available to route handle calls using the virtual features. Callers usually pay the same amount as they would when calling a landline 01 or 02 number, even if they call you from their mobile phone.
We have got a great fantastic choice of 'Gold 03 numbers' only from Major Tier1 networks, do not pay for a gold 0330 number until you have spoken to us first. Remember only 03 is mobile friendly now, so securing a platinum or gold 0330 could be just what your callers have been waiting for. At present 0800 or 0808 free phone numbers are not mobile friendly, in fact an 0800 could be putting off some callers/enquiries.
In July 2015 Ofcom ruled that the mobile phone networks needed to stop charging customers for dialling free phone 0800 & 0808. Why we all had to pay Vodafone 14ppm for a 0800 call for 30 years (especially when the owner of the 0800 was still being paid for by the owner of the 080 number) we are not sure, but we are now happy about not having to do so anymore.
0330 Number Features
Two-way call recording is available on-net i.e on the 0330 number itself is possible. Storage of these recordings is also possible. The management of this data is required in order to use only the allocated storage space required monthly.
Call recording on a 0330 number has many applications which usually are specific and multi-site multi-person. 0330 call recording on the PBX is often cheaper, if it is available as an additional option to your current.
The whisper feature will play an identifiable recording, usually to inform you of which number the caller has dialled - for example '0330 website enquiry' - when you pick up the phone, the call whispers this message then puts the call through.
Really a domestic home worker scenario calls is perfect for this feature otherwise usually the actual ddi the call comes in on is enough to then determine why/the reason for each call. At home the worker needs to be able to know this is a work call, and answer the call appropriately.
Taking lots of 0330 calls can be a difficult problem especially if this is only during certain time periods. Staffing levels are determined by peak in 0330 calls received. Call queuing gives you the ability to orderly queue callers so everyone is dealt with fairly & uniformly.
Call queuing with limits applied to your 0330 ensures you never have literally too many people waiting in your queue and advises the Nth caller that you are too busy to handle their call & to try back during quieter times, or as you wish.
