Using our advanced web statistics provides you with free call statistics to monitor call performance and improve future call handling.
It is easy to get web statistics using virtual 08, 03 or 09 numbers.

Inbound call statistics can be used in a very powerful way to look at all customer service call handling, average time a call on hold marketing message, calculating average call length, as an aid to measuring staff requirements during busy periods.

These statistics are free, there is no charge for this information from ourselves. CDR csv files for the raw call data can be provided daily, weekly or monthly as/if you prefer. The reports can be set up via the portal to automatically e-mail you the inbound call report statistics each morning. 'Live' real time call statistics are available if required showing simultaneous calls.

A new marketing campaign for instance can be reviewed by the response in number of calls to the number used for that campaign. Here at 08UK we use a different number (we use different 0800 & 0844 & 0330 numbers) to track the performance individually each month of each web site we promote.
